How much is Shipping?

• Free Shipping across Australia (3-7 Business days)
• Express Shipping Australia Wide (1-2 Business Days) at a flat rate of $10 per order.
• International Shipping (4-12 Days) at a flat rate of $60 per order.

How long does it take too process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. 

Which courier do you use? 

Rainbow Paws uses Australia Post services. 

How can I edit my address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@rainbowpaws.com.au. Unfortunately, we cannot make any amendments to your address after your order has been processed. 

Will I get a tracking number?

An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
